  • Additional Redraw Fee (Event), Amount: 20.00. Additional Information: Payable in respect of each redraw in a month after the first free redraw

  • Arrears Fee (Periodic), Amount: 25.00. Additional Information: For loans in arrears two month or more
  • Bank Cheque Fee (Event), Amount: 12.00. Additional Information: Payable for each cheque from a Bank (other than Cairns Bank) you request
  • Corporate Cheque (Event), Amount: 10.00.
  • Discharge Preparation Fee (Event), Amount: 60.00. Additional Information: When the balance is repaid in full and a Form 3 is prepared
  • Discharge Settlement Fee (Event), Amount: 100.00. Additional Information: When required to attend at settlement
  • Inward Dishonour Fee (Event), Amount: 20.00. Additional Information: If a cheque received by the Credit Provider is dishonoured this fee will be debited to your account. After that debit is made, this fee is payable as part of the balance
  • Loan Switching Fee (Event), Amount: 200.00. Additional Information: When you apply for consent to any matter relating to the variation of this loan contract or the security (other than a matter for which a specific fee is payable)
  • Subsequent Dealing Fee (Event), Amount: 200.00. Additional Information: When you apply for consent to a subsequent dealing with the mortgaged property
